F55E: Step Pen Right

Used by the routines at DrawingFill and DrawingLine. Moves the pen one pixel right, and steps back if X wraps.
StepPenRight	F55E	INC D	Move the pen right and return when it is still on the line.
	F55F	RET NZ	Move the pen right and return when it is still on the line.
	F560	DEC D	The pen wrapped, so step back and tell the caller.
