70E2: Blanks "n" memory locations
Used by the routines at Start, TurnReadAndTokeniseTheCommand, InglishPrepareTheClause, Inglish_BlankAParserSlot, Inglish_ClearTheMatchBuffer and Inglish_SaveTheClauseWindow.
Fills a run of bytes with one value. The turn loop uses it to clear the token buffer and the workspace.
